Return and Exchange Policies

At, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our sincere goal is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages you to shop with us in the future. Should you receive a product that you would like to return or exchange, our experienced customer service staff will guide you through the process.

Michael offers a 30 day return or exchange policy for orders placed on our website for items that are not scheduled to retire ("Sale" Category). Items purchased under our "Sale" category are non-returnable. Products must be in the original box and in new condition. The return postage/shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Most returns will process within 5 days after being received. Once processed, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method and will appear on your bank statement in 3-5 business days. Exchanges may have additional costs if original item was purchased at a lower price than the requested new item. 

Make sure that your item is in new condition and has all of the original product packaging and hardware. The item must be securely wrapped in the tissue paper and/or bubble wrap so it is not damaged by the mounting hardware. Please include your original packing slip or a printed copy of your original order if possible. 


If you've decided you don't like what you ordered within 30 days of placing your order, no problem. In order to return your item, click the link above  to open our returns portal. Simply follow the steps on screen to print your return shipping label, then place your package in the mail! You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the return label cost.


In order to process an exchange, simply click the link above to return your original order for a refund. Simply follow the steps on screen to print your return shipping label, then place your package in the mail! You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the return shipping label cost. Then you may place a new order for the item you'd like instead.  

Gift Exchanges

In order to process a gift exchange for items purchased through, simply click the link above and enter the order number and zip code from the original order. (If you do not have this information, please contact us so we may assist.) Follow the instructions on screen to return your item. If the exchange is not the same price as the original item, we will need to contact you for payment before the new item can be shipped. Note: Please include your contact information in the box and which item you would like to receive. If this information is not in the box, the original credit card will be refunded and a new item will not be sent. 

Defective or Damaged Items

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. If you received the wrong item or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible and within 30 days of your order so we can replace it for you. And don't worry - shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.
